Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests may be approved in the following cases:

  • The item received is damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • The item received is significantly different from the product description.

  • An incorrect item was shipped.

Please note that only products meeting these criteria will be eligible for refunds.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer

  • Clearance or final sale items

Requesting a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact our Customer Service within 3 days of receiving your product. Include:

  • Order number

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Relevant photos if the item is damaged or defective



Refund Process
Once approved, refunds are credited within 7-10 business days, applied to the original payment method. Timing may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Cancellations 

Items can only be cancelled under 60 minutes after placing order.
